H&M launches storefront on Nordstrom’s marketplace

KEY INDICATORS​

  • H&M joined Nordstrom’s marketplace, offering its full apparel range and H&M Move. The partnership aligns with its strategy to expand across stores, websites, social media, and digital marketplaces. H&M customers will receive full Nordstrom benefits, including loyalty perks, styling, alterations, and returns. (Retail Dive)

  • Williams-Sonoma, Inc. relaunched Dormify with a new digital experience and 3D visualizer, utilizing its fulfillment network for Pottery Barn and West Elm pickups. (Modern Retail)
  • Kotex launched a “You Asked. We Heard.” campaign and a redesigned pad under the tagline “Own your flow” to reverse a decade-long decline in brand relevance. (Marketing Brew)

  • Whatnot has launched a Shopify plug-in that allows merchants to seamlessly integrate live shopping into their existing workflows, enabling automatic synchronization of products and inventory. The integration has already driven over $10M in sales for beta merchants across various product categories. (Retail Brew)

  • Amazon has joined Google‘s Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) technical council, alongside MetaMicrosoft, and Stripe. UCP standardizes AI interactions for product listings and checkouts. By participating, Amazon can influence open standards that risk shifting shopper discovery from its marketplace to AI agents. (ModernRetail

  • The Estée Lauder Companies is shifting focus to high-growth online channels like Amazon and TikTok Shop while reducing its department store footprint. Driven by the Estée Lauder brand and fragrance growth, Q3 2026 net sales rose 5% year-over-year to $3.7B. (Glossy)

  • In other financial news, Infinite Epigenetics acquired Tally Health, a 2023 biotechnology platform offering epigenetic testing and lifestyle advice. Meanwhile, the Omani fragrance house Amouage achieved record retail sales of over $190M in Q1 of 2026. (WWD) (Business of Fashion)
