“Our customer is very savvy and aware of what’s going on in the world, and moods can change quickly. We need to ensure we’re right for our consumer and offer great value, staying true to our brand and product. We have a very healthy set of direct customers. To grow our customer universe, we have to be where they shop. My bet, and I’m willing to take it, is that if they shop us on Nordstrom, they’ll eventually find their way to Lands’ End. But we’re happy to serve them where they want to be served.”
