“Technology capabilities have become quite sophisticated. As things have moved more composable, there’s a lot more plug and play ability across the board. Being able to swap out and put in a new order management system, being able to onboard a new CDP and connect it to paid media, Web, SMS, email and build these sophisticated marketing journeys has all become a lot easier. However, one of the things that just excites me about my job is the technology is constantly changing, and typically it’s going faster and faster. There’s over a dozen gen AI pilots that we’ve got going on. Some we expect will have massive disruptive impacts on the company. Others will flame out. There’s still a lot more to come.”
